New Delhi December 13, 2023 – A huge demonstration was organized by the All India Health and NHM Employees Federation on 11 December 2023 at Delhi Jantar Mantar under the guidance of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh in which employees working in various schemes, programs, Health (including ambulance services) and National Health Mission Employees from all the states of India participated in large numbers.
The huge demonstration of the federation has put a huge positive pressure on the central government and administration. During the Jantar Mantar demonstration of All India Health and NHM Employees Federation Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Health Minister (Govt. of India) called the delegation.
Under the chairmanship of All India President of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Hiranmay Pandya, Deputy General Secretary Surendra Kumar Pandey, All India Organization Secretary B. Surendraran, In-charge of Unorganized sector Jayanti Lal, General Secretary of All India Federation Vishwaradya H. Yamoji, President Ramesh Kumar, Deputy General Secretary Sanjay Yadav, Finance Secretary & Press/ TV Media In-charge Dinesh Kumar Kaushik discussed regularization and equal pay for equal work, salary hike issues, Under social security benefits PF, gratuity, ESI, Insurance (Both Life and Health), )pension and one nation one health policy. The demands of setting up of employee welfare board and service security, equal pay policy by eliminating the difference in lower pay compared to regular employees were prominently discussed in detail.
After this, assurance was given by Honorable Health Minister (Government of India) that your legitimate demands will be addressed by the Health Ministry in the interest of the employees immediately after the winter session of the Parliament by ministry officials through meetings and consensus.
The union Minister also discussed about the problems of reinstatement of emergency service 102/108 ambulance employees who were dismissed against the rules and regulations by the companies operating in many states, for which the file of demand letter was presented to the Minister. Went. On which he assured to take immediate action. The Honorable Health Minister told the federation that if there is any problem in any state across the country, please make it known through your representation in the talks. The Honorable Union Health Minister himself will take cognizance.
And thereafter Honorable Health Minister called the Union Joint Secretary Health (Administration) Aradhana Patnaik, Ministry of Health and Sent the delegation for talks where all the demands were discussed in detail again in her office. Due to the ongoing Parliament session, the delegation of the federation will be called again immediately after the conclusion of the session for resolution by the higher officials of Health Ministry, Government of India will soon and submit the files to fulfill all our demands to the Health Minister for further approval. Hence, the federation has requested all affiliated State Level Unions and Cadre Based Associations to Submit the Demands and Issues in a page or two, with all relevant documents to the All India Federation by priority before 18th Dec 2023.
The jantar-mantar demonstrations was concluded with the national anthem Jan, Gana Mana.
