On: 28 JUN 2024 – Coinciding with International MSME Day, Laghu Udyog Bharati-Karnataka, in association with IMS Foundation, organized a Conclave on Overseas Business Opportunities for MSMEs on June 27, 2024, at the IMS Auditorium in Bengaluru.
The objective of this conclave was to provide an overview and create awareness among members about various export promotion and business development opportunities available, with a specific focus on MSMEs. The event was well-attended, with participation from over 77 industry leaders, domain experts, and academia.
Prominent attendees included representatives from Laghu Udyog Bharati India, IMS, Induzbuy, TJSB Bank, and Kusuri Mane. Notable figures such as Bhojaraj Nagesh Rao, Sachin Sabnis, Ravi Kumar K M, and K Narayana Prasanna also graced the event, contributing to the rich exchange of ideas and insights.
The half-day conclave facilitated valuable discussions on enhancing the global reach and competitiveness of Indian MSMEs. Key topics included export promotion strategies, international market entry, and leveraging government schemes for business development. The event underscored the importance of collaboration between industry and academia to drive the growth of MSMEs in Karnataka and beyond.
