Labour 20 delegation presented the L20 statement to Bhupendra Yadav, Minister Labour & Employment. We hope that the elements of this statement will be incorporated in the Labour & Employment Ministers Meet declaration & ultimately in the G20 Leaders Summit.
The L20, bringing the trade union leaders of the world’s biggest economies and global trade unions together provides input to the G20 Summits by voicing the demands of the trade unions through frequent exchanges with the Employment Working Group, Sherpas, and Labour and Finance Ministers. In doing so, the L20 communicates the messages of the international labour movement on global policies to the G20 meetings.
